Hi,
My name is Teresa and I recently ordered a package from
sendcare.com. I just wanted to say thank you to the wonderful customer service I received recently. About a week after my
package was sent I received a call from one of your representatives, Alana (sorry for the possible mispelling) who
informed me that she had checked my package's shipping status. She told me that my package was [misrouted] to
Canada instead of the proper destination, Italy. She took it
upon herself to send another package to Italy while rerouting the original package to Italy with no additional charge.
I am even more impressed with the company because I was
unable to receive the call from Alana, so she left the lengthy message on my answering machine instead of having me call
her back, thus giving me no hassle or worry at all. My friend has received both packages which she absolutely loves. Thank
you so much...it was very hard to find a care package company that could ship internationally and now after experiencing the
service I will definitely purchase from sendcare again! Thank you!

Hi, wanted to let you know how much time and comfort your
site is to me and my husband who is deployed to Iraq as of 03/2008. He really enjoys getting these care packages. Your
site has many [selections] to choose from. I mix & choose twice a month for him. This is so wonderful for me. With your site to
handle everything for me this is excellent. When I have called your site the response that I have gotten its so nice & friendly.
At home with the stress on me, with him in Iraq I have to
handle everything at home. Knowing that all I have to do is go to your site and pick my package, and then you do everything
else for me makes my day. I love your site so much and knowing that your site takes care of everything for me.
Your site is NUMBER 1 in my book. This saves me time from

I would like to
send a very special 'Thank You' to SendCare.com. I have just
started receiving these care packages and they are wonderful. They
each have a personal note, some really good snacks, a book and a
phone card. They are all packed in red, white and blue confetti.
I have to tell you, these are excellent for the following
reasons: I am able to give them to some individuals who made need
the phone cards for whatever reason. But, most importantly, I now
have items I can give to Marines who do something even more
extraordinary than usual. When recognizing truly outstanding
Marines, we have Marine of the Month/Quarter and NCO of the
Month/Quarter boards. In combat, we don't have time for monthly
boards, so we have squeezed in a Quarterly board. The Marines who
are recognized as such receive a certificate which goes into their
Service Record Book, and in the States, we give them some sort of
extra gift.
The 'SendCare' packages are perfect! The phone card is
exactly the type of reward that Marines here covet. Thank you so
much for the personal note, the obvious care used in packing, and
the thought that has gone into producing this gift.
They will all be greatly appreciated.

I just wanted to
let you know how delighted I was with your service. My
daughter is on an 8 week study abroad program in France and
celebrated her birthday last week. I looked into other methods of
sending her a care package for her birthday and all of them were
prohibitively expensive. I really appreciated being able to choose
exactly the items I wanted in the package and I thought the

I just wanted to thank you for
such a great presentation on my two nieces' Halloween care package!!
They loved it!!
My family just went through hurricane Wilma in South Florida and my nieces will
not be able to trick or treat this year along with all the kids in the area. So,
I thought it was a good idea to send them the care package.
My sister said that they were very cute!! She said you guys made their
names surrounded by candy corns and stuff. Very cute!! Another thing I was
impressed with was that the package arrived the next day!!! I know I paid for
next day but I have never paid for next day and had a package actually
arrive the next day!!

developing an "attitude" for all the school work she had to do, and
she received in on Saturday. I wanted to write and express my
